General Settings

The following configuration options are available under the "General Settings" tab:

• Download Emails every X minutes
  Select how often the PopGrabber service should download the emails from the POP3 accounts. If you enter a value of 0 the service will not automatically download any emails. This is useful during the initial configuration and for testing purposes. We recommend you to test the PopGrabber using manual download to verify that everything is working before activating the automatic download. The PopGrabber service will not delete any emails from the POP3 Server if they are not acknowledged as received by the SMTP server, however, PopGrabber can't know what the SMTP will do with the message after it received it.
• Number of Log files
  Set the number of log files you would like to keep for troubleshooting and reporting purposes. PopGrabber creates one log file per day.
• Report Level
  We recommend the default setting of "Normal" for regular use. However, you can set it to "Extended" or "Debug" if you are experiencing problems or require more detailed reports.
• Postmaster
  Please enter here the email address of your Email Server administrator.
